On Tuesday 23rd February MPs will vote whether to accept amendments from the House of Lords to the Welfare Reform and Work Bill.
The DBC welcomed the Lords amendment in January which stopped the proposed £30 a week cut to new claimants in the Employment and Support Allowance Work Related Activity Group and the equivalent payment in Universal Credit.
The below one page briefing has been sent to all MPs calling on them to accept the Lords amendment and halt the cut.
