The DBC have launched a major disability benefits survey. We want to know more about disabled people’s experiences of the benefits system. Please take a few minutes to share your views and experiences: this is a great opportunity to inform our work to influence Government benefits policy and support our campaigns to battle benefit cuts.

t looks like you are coming through to the front page of the DBC website, and there should be a link on the right of the page to a story about the survey. The direct link to the survey is:

If you are still having problems it could be because you have taken the survey before, or someone else has taken the survey from the same computer.
If it is the case that someone else has taken the survey from the same computer you can get round this by accessing it from another computer.
I hope this resolves the problem.
